Been waiting for a product to ship…
Been waiting for a product to ship since 12/3. I have reached out to customer support twice, they responded quickly but on both occasions stated they were busy and couldn’t give me a date of departure or delivery. Don’t really care if they are busy I wanted my order for Christmas which has come and gone. So I’m assuming it was a $40 lesson. I wouldn’t trust them. I have a confirmation of my order. I honestly just don’t believe there was an issue with payment. A payment was made for 42.22 to my visa on 12/3.
