Smooth and convient from the beginning to the delivery
From the beginning to the delivery, receiving my smartphone, it was all really smooth, polite and handy. No problem to write in German. I forgot to order in German language, but asking for the favour to prepare for German language was instantly answered and no problem (I admit I still didn't start it yet, no time, but I'm sureit's in German language)
