I’ll start by saying my first two orders were satisfactory, both were normal pairs of earrings. However on my third and most expensive order I took a chance with their body jewelry. Big mistake. I order a 14k gold threadless end and a threadless titanium post to go with it. At first look I was satisfied with quality and overall size but I noticed almost immediately the post was completely straight, trying to remain optimistic I fitted the jewelry into my conch piercings and it immediately fell out as soon as I moved my head. I tried to adjust it to no avail which at this point Im chalking this up to a total loss due to the fact I know this isn’t going to fit correctly but I still wanted to reach out to customer service and make sure they’re aware they are selling over priced dysfunctional body jewelry. Eight emails later one video showing the straight post and all their customer services did was gas light me and tell me “there is suppose to be bend to the post” YEA NO SH*T. You fools sold me a completely straight post for $125 I can’t even wear. Trash. The customer services experience was enough for me to never order again. Spend the extra $100 and get jewelry that will last you a life time through BVLA or other reputable companies that only deal in body jewelry.
