High Shipping fee and no item protection
The shipping fee is too high for just 2 items (PS5 controllers). Also, the items were not protected with bubble wraps, newspapers or an external box. Therefore my items must have suffered additonal damage from the delivery handling. Very disappointing considering the amount of money paid for the shipment/delivery.
