I got a quick response to my question about a product and then placed an order which was also delivered quickly. A little disappointed though with the short useful life (9 years) of the valves on my hydronic towel warmer. According to Hudson Reed's response, the product I ordered was still under warranty. I requested a refund and Hudson Reed agreed and quickly processed the refund. I am happy to adjust the satisfaction stars. Thank you for the excellent service.
