First, their shipping packaging is a joke. The puzzles come in a wooden box and all they do is stuff the thing in one of those bubble wrap envelopes. Needless to say mine arrived damaged, with the wood broken on one of the edges of the box. Second, I ordered the puzzle ten days before Christmas as a gift. I know it was tight, but they gave zero notice that they would be shipping late and that there might be a chance items wouldn't arrive before Christmas. They didn't even *ship* the thing until *after* Christmas. What a f****ng joke. Never buying from them again.
