Very disappointing experience with Wondershare Repairit. I purchased the software to repair corrupted video files, but it completely failed, none of my files could be repaired. The product did not deliver its main function at all. To make matters worse, the subscription was automatically renewed without my intention to continue. I only realized after being charged. I contacted customer support to request a refund, clearly explaining that the software did not work, but my request was rejected based on their policy. This feels very unfair, as I paid for a product that provided no results. Overall, ineffective software and poor customer support. I would not recommend.
