I returned these football boots in May…
ЧI returned these football boots in May 2025 because they were too small for my child. Nike received the return, which was confirmed by their own customer support after I provided the tracking information. However, I have still not received my refund. I was told that the return was received but was never entered into Nike’s system. A customer should not have to spend more than a year chasing a refund for a return that the company acknowledges receiving. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a straightforward return case.
