Ordered 12/10/24; zero progress
Ordered 12/10/24. It took an email to their customer service on 12/20 to get a tracking and order number (previous email thanked me for my purchase, but the link provided to track required info they did not readily provide). Customer service claimed it had shipped at that point. As of 12/30/24, the tracking info still says it's in "pre-shipping."
