before you buy, they will ask for your credit card detail which takes about 1 day to be verified. the website is a bit sketchy.. honestly if I have other options like from offgamers - I'd buy my digital product from there instead. honestly, I am a bit worried about my digital products and whether they will ever send it through emails.. they should provide more transparency on the verification process before buying with credit/debit card. there is no login user interface when visiting the website - not user friendly as need to refer back on the order status. overall customer service: 1/5
