I took them for 7 weeks 4 pills a day and did’t do anything. Worst than that the continue to bill me $84 without my request. It’s a ripoff. It seems that when you order on line, somewhere in small letters it says you will receive a new shipment every 6 weeks for $84.DON’t buy this product
