Today makes it over a month since i placed my order and still havent gotten the order neither have i gotten my refund. This is totally unacceptable and a sheer display of not only unprofessionalism but wickedness. I keep writing to this people and dont get a respond as to why my money hasnt been processed over a week of promising a refund.
I experienced the most unethical, unprofessional and unsatisfactory service with this merchant. I stumbled on the ad via my instagram and fell in love with the hoodie, decided to place my order but unfortunately, I never knew I was in for a long bumpy ride. This order was placed on the 14th of Dec., 2024; I got no further information or updates regarding my order asides the fact that it’s being placed. I decided to write an mail on the 3rd of Jan., 2025, escalating this issue to them, expressing how disgruntled I was and how I have lost interest in the product. To my surprise, a mail came in on the 4th of Jan., 2025, telling me that my order has been shipped with NO DELIVERY DATE, can you imagine how nerve wrecking that sounds? after witholding my order for THREE WEEKS? Yet I am being told it has been shipped WITH NO DELIVERY DATE?? In summary, I requested for it to be cancelled, escalated further to my bank as it was beginning to seem fraudulent to me. Kiikio need to do better, nothing crumbles a business real quick like unsatisfactory customer service; your customers HAVE TO BE IN THE KNOW, of gettting top notch services till the end of the transaction. They are quite terrible at that and I will never patronise them anymore
