Worst online ordering experience ever
I Ordered two different bundles of hair both different colors but when I received the items both were the exact same colors. I requested a refund & a return address/return label to return the items being that I did not receive my items within 3-8 days it wasn’t delivered until 3 weeks later & the items did not look like the pictures advertised. They continually gave me the runaround or just ignored my emails requesting for a return address or label so that I may receive my refund. When I finally got a response the merchant stated that their warehouse burned down & they couldn’t give me an address or return label but that they had a location in GA. When I received my package there was a “Delivered From” address on it so I requested several more times for the return address but never got a response. So I returned the package to the “deliver from” address. I informed the merchant via email & they finally responded saying that the address was not the correct address & for me to retrieve the items from the carrier then they’ll provide me with a return address. I continued to ask for the return address or a return label & they have yet to provide me with it.
