Lost £200+ on failed delivery
Parcel was not delivered. Buykud said it was left on the street outside my house with no knock and no measures taken to protect it. I never saw the parcel. Buykud now refusing to refund. I used to love their clothes but this is flushing £200+ down the drain. Don’t risk it. Buy from somewhere else. Update: eventually I was sent some replacement items, and did receive help from customer services. Amended rating to reflect (still very stressful to have a delivery left on the doorstep and no-one taking responsibility for it)
