They send the wrong length without asking.
I ordered a 3-pack of crochet hair (their site mentions that it works for most people). It was not nearly enough so I ordered a single pack of the 20 inch ombre to match the length and color of my previous purchase. I installed it and when I checked in the bigger mirror, it was longer than the original. I double checked what I ordered and that was correct but the package said it was 22 inch. If it was all one color like black, it would have been fine but it is ombre so it looks weird. Where the color changes from T2 to T30 is inconsistent. I contacted the company and was told that the warehouse was out of 20 inch so they upgraded me for free. That isn't helpful with ombre hair. Their remedy? A refund of $15. I cannot wear my hair down because the colors don't match up. Why didn't they send me a note to ask what I wanted? I am so unhappy. Now I have to take it all out and start over somehow. And ordering the 4th pack still isn't enough. Ugh.
