Very disappointed with Spring Airlines
Very disappointed with Spring Airlines. I was forced to pay 500 RMB for a normal-sized carry-on bag that would be accepted by almost every other airline without any issue. Their hand luggage size limits are extremely restrictive and feel unreasonable compared to industry standards. The frustrating part is that the bag easily fit in the overhead compartment, so there was clearly no practical issue with bringing it onboard. Charging such a high fee for luggage that fits perfectly seems excessive and unfair. If you're planning to fly with Spring Airlines, make sure to double-check their baggage rules before traveling, as you may end up with an unexpected and expensive surprise at the airport. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about flying with them again
