This company is a scam
This company is a scam, they play games, ignore emails, say one thing then do another if you have a return. They send out used products and then try everything possible to not remedy the issue. You will have to get your credit card company involved to get your money back, then the will ask you to return the item, provide proof of the return and then AFTER you do that, they will say they will only refund if you have a PayPal account. It's beyond absurd. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. *** SO..... on 2/5/2025 they respond, however they sent me a dirty used item, weeks after they said it would be delivered and they also failed to send me the advertised free gifts. So in their latest response on here says: "After you send the product back, simply provide us with the return tracking number, and our customer service staff will immediately follow up and process the refund, making every effort to ensure that you receive the refund promptly." HOWEVER, THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND TO ME ON REFUNDING THE SHIPPING (they emailed me and tried asking me to open a PayPal account to get the refund???) Are you kidding me!?!?! I paid with my credit card and I provided proof of the return and tracking and included a photo. I ALSO HAVE PROOF they received the return. THEY STILL NEED TO REFUND ME, LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD.... AND THEY NEED TO SEND A CREDIT TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT WHICH WAS MY CREDIT CARD, NOT ASK ME TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. WAY TOO SCAMMY....

DO NOT BUY - Bait and Switch lying company - USED PRODUCT, DIFFERENT GIFTS, HUGE SHIPPING DELAYS
I ordered this back in November for a Christmas gift. They offered 2 free gifts, one being a water flosser, which I actually wanted for myself. They also advertise that it will be received within 4-6 business days, well ahead of Christmas. I repeadely tried to get status and shipping updates to no avail and they would just say they couldn't give me any window but that it will eventually arrive. ARE YOU SERIOUS???? So I had to buy another gift to give. Remind you this is a really expensive item! IT DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS, their customer service is horrific, they DID NOT send the water flosser and when I tried to communicate with them they kept sending a canned response about please be patient we will escalate promptly, but they never did. Finally I'd had enough and stated I wanted to return it and get ALL of my money back. They finally responded saying to return it but they "are unable" to provide a return label, which is a complete LIE! They did a bait and switch on the free gifts, they falsely advertise how long their shipping takes AND they send out disgusting used masks with someone else's hair in it and the sticker is gross on it as you can tell it's been removed and them put back on. They didn't even offer to remedy the issues so who knows if this product even does anything since the gift was never given to the original recipient, and I had to buy them something else to ensure they had their gift on time. I did read somewhere that these laser masks can affect your fat pads on your face, which would not be good as that would just make you look older. I also read that they actually ARE NOT FDA approved.... another lie. They'd better refund ALL of my money or there will be bigger issues. All I wanted was the item to be shipped and delivered when they advertise it to be, to receive the gifts that were advertised I would receive, and to receive a NEW item and not someone's used, gross return. This was a disgusting experience and they couldn't care less. SCAM! Don't Buy!
