I am a fan of fitness and having a wide range of tools to work on my fitness or help others with fitness is a passion of mine. Never having a treadmill till now, adding this one has been great. It is simple, it is easy to use, and it is effective. You can definitely get a great workout on this. Incline capabilities are limited but that's a mini thing. Assembling this was a little difficult. I did assemble this on my own and I would recommend that you follow the instructions and use 2 people. I would also recommend that if you get this, make sure to borrow or use your own tools. The tools provided work, but it will make the assembling process longer to do. The feature of being able to fold the treadmill up is great for the space I have for my at home gym. This is a solid starter treadmill and if you are just geting into fitness, a great place to start! This is an incentivized review.
