FreeHippySpirit does not care about their customers
We never use websites that we do not know. However the clothing was very cute and my wife is recovering from cancer so I thought this would be fun for her. ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas. One was a Christmas shirt and the other was simply something to wear in the cold. They were ordered December 1 2024. We never received them. January 3rd I sent an e-mail to their customer service, since I do not have a telephone number for them. They gave me a tracking number but not what company they use. They said it had been delivered and gave me a picture of the package and the door where it was delivered. That is not my apartment door. I sent them a picture back and they gave me a telephone number for UNI and said to call them UNI says that it is not their tracking number. So I sent an e-mail back. At this point, all I want is my money back because Freehippiespirit could not care less about me as a customer.
