Update: see company's reply. They offered to give me back $35 and then $65 of my $130 spent ... Also said I could return all items - TO CHINA! At my expense. 🤷♀️🤦♀️ Here is their reply: Hi I'm sorry, we don't provide return labels. If you want to return it，You need to pay the freight by yourself Have a nice day If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the items I received. The clothing looks nothing like the photographs online, and the material is incredibly poor. The smell of the fabrics is unbearable. I spent $130 on what I thought would be high-quality items, only to receive products that are completely different from what was advertised. The "sweater" I ordered was supposed to be a knitted style with a ribbed collar, but instead, I received a cheap, stamped material with printed-on ribbing. The coat was similarly subpar, resembling a bathrobe more than anything else. As for the skirt, its waist size is ridiculously small and the fabric is thin, see-through, and poorly printed with sloppily applied green flowers. I will now be seeking information about their return policy, but I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the BBB and other authorities. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret spending my money here.
