The website clearly states that the items are shipped from a warehouse in Germany and will be delivered within 3 days. This was one of the main reasons I decided to order from this company. However, after placing my order, I have already been waiting for more than a week. When I check the tracking information, it shows that the package is still in China after a week. This means the information on the website is misleading and does not match reality at all. Customers expect honest and transparent shipping information. Saying that items come from Germany while they are actually shipped from China is very disappointing and feels misleading. If the shipping takes longer or comes from China, this should be clearly communicated before customers place an order. Because of this, I cannot recommend this company. The delivery time is much longer than promised and the information on the website is not accurate. I hope the company improves its transparency and customer service in the future.
