Every time we go to gun counter the wait is over an hour. Today we go in and the guy behind the counter told me he was putting a gun in the back and he would be right out to help me. On his way to the back another customer stopped him to ask a question and the next thing I know he comes out with a computer and paperwork for the guy that stopped him on the way to the back. Totally skipped me and gave no explanation. Terrible experience and customer service. Do better Bass Pro Shop in Gainesville, FL
