What An Awful Company - Baltini Needs Investigating
I have been looking to refresh my wardrobe for the upcoming seasons. And I came across the Baltini website. I was looking to spend around $7,000. I wasn't previously aware of this retailer so I looked into them. Good grief, Baltini is obviously an awful company. The way it defrauds, lies to, and gaslights its customers is disgusting. This company clearly acts unlawfully and has no morals. The robot like responses which spout generic, "we take this seriously" and "we care about our customers" are yet more lies. If they had addressed past conduct, why are so many customers still being treated appallingly? They don't seem to actually resolve issues, which are all too often of their own making. Rather, they seem obsessed with suggesting ways to cost customers even more money. I will never deal with Baltini - a shameful company - and will tell all my friends to avoid doing business with them too. As other reviewers say, just look at the other 1 star reviews on here and the complaints on Better Business Bureau who have rated Baltini an F! It says it all! Baltini are fraudsters who need to be investigated and shut down.
