4 stars due to your website and shipping communication
I gave you 4 stars due to your website being somewhat difficult to navigate and the shipping date I received was not the actual date of shipping (later). This order was a gift and I was worried that due to the later shipping date which had the order held at the freight company's facility over the weekend the steaks would arrive warm. Fortunately, they arrived still frozen with only one steak slightly thawed. As to the website I had trouble finding other items I wanted to buy and then was unable to make payment at the end. I used your chat feature and the young man at the other end was very friendly and helpful. He finally suggested I just call, which I did. I got another very friendly and helpful young lady who got my order assembled and closed. I have not heard from my daughter as to whether they have had any of the steaks yet but I have personally bought from CS in the past and the quality of the steaks were very good.
