Hello Christine. Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us about your most recent order. While we did experience an influx in shipments and FedEx advised us to that there would be delays on their side, it is unfortunate to learn that we missed the mark in making it right when you reached out to us and that your order was not complete. This is certainty not what we pride ourselves in. We would like to have the opportunity to talk with you more about this and to turn this experience around. At your convenience, if you can please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 888-970-1118 and reference this review, one of our customer service managers will be able to assist further with this. Thank you again. We look forward to speaking with you soon. ~Monica
