Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the high quality of our steaks and that they were delivered on time. We look forward to serving you again. - Russell
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that the steaks arrived in great condition despite your concerns, and we're pleased that our team was able to assist you. We apologize for the challenges you faced navigating our website. We apologize that your order had arrived later than estimated delivery date. We hope your daughter enjoys the steaks as much as you have in the past! Thank you for choosing Chicago Steak Company, and we look forward to serving you again soon.- Maddie

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're thrilled to hear that the 6oz. filet mignons made your special dinner even more memorable. It’s great to know you and your family enjoyed the tenderness and flavor. We look forward to serving you again. - Oscar
Thank you so much for the amazing review! We're honored to hear that out of all the online meat companies you've tried, Chicago Steak Company stands out as your favorite. We look forward to serving you again. - David

It's great to know that our packaging meets your expectations and ensures your orders arrive perfectly frozen, even with delays. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you again soon.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so glad we could get everything sorted out and delivered on time for your family to enjoy. It was truly a pleasure assisting you, and we are thrilled to hear that everything was a hit! We look forward to serving you again in the future.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that the Chicago’s Best Seller box was a hit with your family and that you and your husband enjoyed the ribeyes and filet mignons. We look forward to serving you again soon, whether it’s for the steaks, the cheesecake, or both!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize that some of the products did not meet your expectations. One of our team members will reach out to you. Once again, we apologize for the inconvience you have experinced.
Hello Michelle - Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the experience you endured with the miscommunication about the promotional steaks, quality of our products, and customer service. This is not how we pride ourselves in delivering gourmet meats accompanied with exceptional customer service. We have taken your information and provided feedback and training to our team to ensure we do not experience a similar issue in the future. Looking at our notes, it appears that we were able to make this right with you and have issued a replacement order that will arrive this Friday. Thank you for allowing us to make this right with you. Please feel free to follow up with us if needed. All the best to you ~Jennifer

Thank you for your feedback on the 12 oz dry aged ribeyes you ordered. We're delighted to hear that your order arrived promptly and still frozen, ensuring the quality of the product. We look forward to serving you again. - Marvin

Thank you for choosing us for such a very special occasion and we are thrilled to learn that your son enjoyed our steaks. We greatly appreciate the feedback and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. - Jeanie
