Horrific shipping times
The shipping times and responses of customer service are abysmal. Have been waiting since Dec 7 for items which is about 1.5 months and really getting just lip service from Customer Service.

Absolutely horrendous!!
Absolutely horrendous!!! They offered 12 ribeye steaks for $100 off with free shipping and 8 free burgers plus a $25 reward. I ordered on Dec 5, asking for Dec 19 delivery. By Dec 17 I had received no contact so I contacted them. They said they could deliver by Dec. 24 -- too late for my Xmas Eve dinner. They said they would expedite to overnight shipping and they would ship out that night. They did not. I had to call again the next day. I finally got my order on Dec 20. I got 9 steaks and no burgers and no $25 reward. They charged me $269 which comes to $30 per steak. SOME DEAL HUH?!!! Chicago Steak has offered to send me the additional steaks and the 8 burgers which would be nice, but I am not holding my breath until they arrive. Will update if they do. I did receive the steaks and burgers over a week later. However, I will still never patronize this company again. Also beware, their steak chart lists these ribeyes as an inch to inch and a half thick. They are not even one inch. Very thin. More like a breakfast steak than a dinner steak.
