My Havie came without a usb cord and a loose base ring. I contacted customer support and was answered promptly that they are cutting back on electronic waste and I was also given a video that showed how to snap the base ring in. I asked them to ship me a new one since I tossed the ring thinking it didn’t work, and they graciously sent me another one. I love the Havie, it has a lot of functions, but the amber colored waves are enough to make the purchase worth it. So relaxing after a long week. My toddler enjoys it too.
