This is an excellent product and I look forward to using it much! To be frank, I was concerned about the quality when I discovered it was shipping from overseas, but it is built very well. You have the option to adjust brightness and volume. The best part of the experience was speaking with Isabelle. I had a customer service inquiry and Isabelle provided timely responses and warm greetings. If it wasn't for Isabelle, I don't think the experience could have been as great! Excellent job, Isabelle!

My experience easily could’ve been poor, given that my order was shipped to the wrong address twice and when received, it was broken. However the helpful and friendly service of Isabelle saved the day! Throughout the ordeal, she was committed to getting the product to me and showed great empathy and follow through. My 2 lights I ordered arrived in boxes that were slightly damaged. One of the lights didn't seem to work after fully charging it. I reached out to Havie and Isabelle wrote me back the next day with clear instructions on how to troubleshoot before sending out a new light. She even sent a video that was very helpful. It did the job! My light worked great and I was glad to not have to send it back or wait for a replacement. Great service! And fun product!

Had some issues with my Havie light…
Had some issues with my Havie light originally…so I emailed support and requested help. My light would randomly turn on and off and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to just turn on when I used the remote. Isabelle from support replied within a few hours and solved my issues. She must have blessed my light because I joked it was possessed and she said that wasn’t a normal function. Haha. Died laughing. Anyways, support gets a huge 5 stars. Great product and support is even better.
I legit LOVE this lamp
I legit LOVE this lamp. I bring her everywhere! Easy to travel with and everyone is obsessed always asking me where I got it. I always bring it even hanging out with friends or anything!
Cheap
When I ordered the lamps, back in 2025, they arrived, but they were clearly cheap. One was broken. The buttons shortly ceased to be responsive, after only a couple days. They both gave a weird off gassing type of smell. I would strongly suspect drop shipping and order from other, more verified merchants, personally.

We loved our first lamp so much that we ended up buying a second one for my wife to keep at her office. It’s one of those rare products that immediately becomes part of your daily routine — bath time, bedroom wind‑down, meditation, or even when you just want to relax and reset. The vibe it creates is perfect. A huge shoutout to Isabella for the amazing support. When we reached out to track down our shipment, she was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and kept us updated the whole way. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend — worth every penny.
They give REAL and GOOD support!
First off, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Havie lamp and it has been my best investment into my night-time routine, but also my shower routine and just whenever I need to meditate. My husband makes some light fun of me that I most recently brought it on our vacation to PEI last month because I refused to go over a week without it. So when it stopped working correctly I was so heartbroken. I reached out hoping something could be done and the Havie team came through, I was helped by the wonderful Isabelle who was so responsive and helpful. These days we end to expected generic almost AI automated assistance, but this was not that. Isabelle was so understanding and supportive of my concerns and helped me out right away with minimal fuss. No jumping through hoops or back and forth. Just good old fashioned help and 5 star customer support. If I could give Isabelle more than 5 stars I would! She is a diamond and deserves all the praise I can give and then some.
Legitimate + customer service
Buying from a new site, you always wonder the legitimacy of it and what you're gonna get but I can say, first, I am IN LOVE with my Havie lamp!!!!! So far, it is as good as they claim. The lights on my walls are so pretty and it lulls me right to sleep! I honestly wish I would have "fallen for" the 2-pack deal because one just isn't enough. And second, their customer service is 100% legitimate! I had a question so I submitted the form online and Isabelle got back to me within 1 day. It was a genuine person behind the email and Isabelle thoughtfully answered my question and also offered to go out of her way to help me find a solution. I thought seeing ACTUAL personality and thoughtfulness from online customer service was dead and gone from this world but Isabelle proved me wrong! Overall, great experience, legitimate company, don't be afraid to treat yourself to a lil Havie lamp!!!

I bought this light bc it boasted that had 18 color features, Bluetooth compatibility, and a remote control. I thought it would be a great option after having a baby especially since it has white/brown noise options built in. Since getting it the remote only turns the light on, none of the other features work. It doesn't turn on silently, bc it is automatically trying to connect to Bluetooth. That isn't a setting you can remove. To cycle through colors you have to manually touch the lamp multiple times. It does stay on the last color you left it on unless it dies. When the battery dies it starts beeping and then makes a horrible unnatural sound. The settings I was looking forward to I cannot use bc the remote is useless (color cycling,timer-30-60-120min,change of wave projections, and brightness settings) I have tried checking the device and control for tabs and I've checked the batteries in the remote. I thought the dimmer dome was causing issues with connectivity with the remote and that didn't change anything. Would not buy again, and do not recommend. This is a scam.
Lifelong customer due to outstanding customer service
I purchased two of the Havie lamps. Both are beautiful and really add depth to the rooms they are in. Shortly after delivery, one of them developed an issue where I could noticeably hear it. I reached out to Havie customer support and was assisted by Isabelle. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and she ultimately sent me a replacement unit. In an era where good customer service seems nonexistent, Isabelle was a breath of fresh air. I didn't even expect to hear back, and she not only met by expectations, but far exceeded them. Because of Isabelle, I will continue to purchase products from Havie. The lamps are still working great!

I bought this initially a few years back when they still shipped to the UK, loved it so much I got another for my sister. My one broke recently so I was going to buy a new one and then saw they don’t ship to Europe anymore. But Isabelle from the Havie team, worked wonders and was able to get me a new one free of charge! The whole experience was absolutely brilliant and Isabelle was fast at responding and just amazing overall! Can’t wait for it to be available in Europe again! Amazing product to make your room feel cosy!

We love this light! It had a malfunction about 8 months after we bought it and Isabelle from their customer support was incredibly quick and supportive in coming to a solution.

Love this product and admittedly didn’t fully understand how to use it out of the box. I pushed on what I would learn are speakers (they are durable fyi) and after writing support learned to hold my finger on the logo for a few seconds to activate the light. Easy peasy. Quick and gracious response backed by a guarantee of satisfaction. A+

This light is absolutely magical, the sound is amazing, and even better, their customer service is top notch! I thought my shipment had gotten lost, and the customer service representative, Isabelle, could not have been more helpful, professional and friendly and helped me track down that it went to a nearby neighbor. All in all, highly recommend.
