Refund accepted, then denied
I purchased Recoverit and Repairit from Wondershare to recover and repair a 4K video (100GB) in .RSV format. After two days of trying both products, the results were useless: Recoverit failed to recover the file, and Repairit produced a completely unusable video with pixelation, overlapping frames, and desynchronized audio.
I spent two days requesting a refund, following all their technical support steps. Only after leaving a 1-star review did they agree to process the refund. However, the very next day, they denied it, claiming they needed proof.
The issue involves a 100GB video file. It’s not easy to send or even store a file of that size “just in case.” Am I expected to have that much storage available indefinitely while they take their time responding? They only reply once a day, which drags out the process unnecessarily, and I still have to keep working and recording videos to make a living.
Conclusion:
I don’t recommend these products or this company. The tools don’t work as advertised, and they make the refund process deliberately difficult. Wondershare seems more focused on wearing you down so you give up on the refund than honoring their own refund policy. If you value your time, money, and work, look for more reliable alternatives.

Empty Promises and Refund Issues
I purchased Recoverit and Repairit from Wondershare to recover and repair a damaged 4K video (100GB) in .RSV format. Their website claims these products can solve such issues, but my experience was a complete disaster.
Recoverit: I spent an entire day trying to recover the file, and the result was completely useless. The file remained damaged and unreadable.
Repairit: Hoping to fix the recovered file, I tried Repairit. The output was even worse: the video was pixelated, had an echo effect with overlapping frames, and the audio and video were out of sync. Completely unusable.
I contacted their support team within the 7-day money-back guarantee period stated on their website. Despite this, they made the refund process unnecessarily difficult. They kept asking me to repeat processes I had already done, send logs and files, and delayed taking any real action. It’s clear they try to discourage customers from claiming refunds.
In the end, neither the products nor the support delivered what was promised. I wasted two full days of work and lost my money.
Conclusion
I do not recommend these products to anyone. Not only do they fail to perform as advertised, but they also make the refund process unnecessarily complicated. Wondershare should seriously reconsider its business practices if it wants to retain any customer trust.
