Returned items - no response, no refund
I returned the items at my expense, they have had them for over a week, I have proof and are now ignoring my emails asking where my refund is. Appalling customer service.

Do not buy if you are in the UK
I ordered from the UK, the items were delivered by Evri from a UK address. The items were not suitable and I requested a refund - to be told I had to return them to France and I am now subject to paying customs charges of £30 to send back an order that cost £90! Obviously customers who live in the EU, Aus or the US would not experience this. They should not be selling in the UK if they cannot accept returns here. Interestingly when I asked for a refund, they offered me a third of the total as a return and I could keep the items. Always check the fine print (if its even clear) - I usually do and this time I didn't!
