They are the best
Great products, great company. They stand behind their products and they are top notch. Definitely a lesser known gem in the Drone community, but definitely growing and getting better all the time.
Absolute worst customer service and…
Absolute worst customer service and products their drones, Let’s just say mine caught fire and they would not replace it because it was a replacement for One that went crazy. Did circles with what they call toilet bowling and crashed and they’ve known that there’s a problem with it. there’s videos all over the Internet and they replaced it with the same one. They wouldn’t give me a different one and it caught fire and they said sorry you already got one replacement. We’re not gonna do anything. The warranty is over.
