OVERPRICED AND QUALITY IS BAD
Miniso feels overpriced for the quality you get. While the items may seem appealing at first, they often don’t hold up well, making the higher prices feel like a letdown given the poor durability.

I have bought one miniso simple USB fan…
I have bought one miniso simple USB fan and one handheld fan yesterday at Westgate mall. Both fans were not working when I tried them at home and the handheld fan was extremely hot and even burnt my USB charging port while charging. The worse thing being the attitude of the sales staff. They resist admitting the mistake that their fan has any problem even after they have tested at their shop that the fan doesn't work. They were arguing with me that our fan has no problem and no customer has complained any quality problems of the fan before. They said the hand held fan NEEDS TO TAKE OUT THE BATTERY and charge separately with a battery charger, and it's my problem not using a battery charger to charge...come on, there is no external battery charger provided and even an idiot knows how it works.....the battery has to be inside to be charged !!!!!! I am so disappointed with their after sales service. I have bought several products from them and this is the first time am encountering such quality issue. I trusted their products so I straight away bought them and go and they are blaming me for not testing before buying. I mean these are not expensive stuff can't expect too much on the quality but when things do happen, a big established shop like MINISO having so many branches should show some basic respect to the customers!!!!!! If you are currently reviewing and considering to buy, remember that they are not authentic Japan shop..the products are not made in Japan with the Japan quality..so buy at your own risk
