Cancelled prepaid reservation without noticing
We had a prepaid reservation 6 month before the rental date with rentingcarz.com. When I arrived to pick up the car with all the family and bags (7 persons with 8 bags) to the airport. The rental company had cancelled the reservation without noticing. I was in other country with all my family without any means of transportation.
