I want to express my appreciation for Wendy Avalos (sales representative) and John (builder representative). They've been very helpful and provided great assistance. However, Richmond American Homes has not met my expectations and has become increasingly disappointing. There are already numerous issues that need to be addressed, and I’m concerned about the condition of the home after the first year. Nevertheless, I do appreciate Richmond’s mortgage rates and incentives.
