Just stay away guys from this company they don't care if they answer any emails or not ,there is no company number to call or anything its just a chat window and an email that's it , you buy 2 thousand pounds worth of a scooter and it's impossible to get a replacement part within the warranty guys ,it's 1 year warranty but if your scooter breaks before that it will be impossible to get parts for it for free cos of the warranty, stay away if you like customer service and all that and when you really need them after spending 2 thousand pounds you get nowhere guys is no phone number is the chat window only ,,and listen to this after losing 2 thousand pounds because of them I sold the scooter for parts ,anyway I go to buy again from this company like a fool that I im and for 3 days they sending me discount codes that don't work, its a 20% of for new customers that code doesn't work, they have send me another 2 HURRY20 that didn't work either im send emails and Sombody send another for 20% of ,the code don't work either, so after alot of trying to get 20 pounds of they made this also impossible to deal with ,my 2 thousand pound scooter was sold fo 100 pounds it didn't work I had warranty 1 year but this company made it impossible to send me a motor, thats all it needed in warranty a new motor but not emails after emails and nothing its like talking to empty walls , after my 3 day hustle with them now on emails and that chat window to get help or the codes I've explained that codes don't work 3 days now emails non stop I've send and waited hours on the chat window nobody replied, I look at my emails and it's a reply at last I go to read it its saying please send us the error massage you get when adding the code , guys for 3 days they broken my nerves im trying to explain codes don't work and all I get in 3 days is send us the error message. From that I gave up guys they won't help me buy a new scooter for 20 pounds less and they didn't help me on the first scooter that needed a motor it was in warranty but its impossible with them , its like speaking chinisee with them 3 days I say code don't work and now after 3 days they want screenshot of the error, is no error guys they don't want to give me 20 pounds of thats the problem. Well I lost 2 thousand from my first and now this ..guys I will look elsewhere from a deferend make I don't want to throw my money up in smoke with this no care or anything for customers that give there hard earned cash to them at list a bit of respect we ask but look all and everyone is complaining about customer service sucks and still they keep doing it.if you want peace of mind go look for other make scooters guys like iscooter or any others cos I told u I tell u again I had warranty 1 year and they made me sell it at the end cos like I said they made it impossible to get the part that I paid for and was in warranty. So STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE A PEACEFUL TRANSACTION. ✌️ LOOK ELSEWHERE GUYS .
