I had a terrible experience with Baltini, and I would not recommend shopping here. When I requested a refund for my order totaling $428, they deducted far more than their refund policy allows. I received only $334 back, although they claimed to have refunded $379. They repeatedly flip-flopped on their explanations, often contradicting themselves about what charges were being applied and ultimately tried to shift the blame onto Afterpay. This kind of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!
