SCAM ALERT: Withholding over $4,000 & Closing Support Tickets!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. I have been a user for a long time, but as soon as I started making real money, they froze my account. Currently, they are withholding over $4,000 USD of my royalties based on a months-old claim from a person who has completely vanished and is unresponsive. Here is the reality of how they treat artists: Spotify already resolved the issue and reinstated my music. I sent Too Lost the proof. The claimant is unresponsive (ghosted), meaning the claim is invalid. Instead of releasing my funds, Too Lost support simply CLOSED my ticket without a resolution! They are effectively stealing my earnings by hiding behind a "dead" claim. They refuse to look at the evidence and refuse to communicate. This is bad faith business practice. I am now filing formal complaints with the BBB and the New York Attorney General to get my money back. Stay away if you actually want to get paid.
