Failed delivery SCAM ALERT
The item I ordered showed tracking that it delivered. I was home at the time and nothing arrived. I reached out to customer service and was told it delivered and to file a claim with my local post office. This didn't ship through the post office and I have no reference number to file a claim. I asked for replacement or refund and again asked to file a claim. I thought this site was legit but, customer service shows otherwise *** update *** The answer to my review was a generic message. They apparently didn't read the review as I had already did what they suggested. They answer all reviews with the same answer.
