Still support their product 3 years after purchase
3 years after purchasing my Carlinkkit v2 I contacted support because I was having an issue with updating. Estella Was very quick to respond with the necessary questions and provide the firmware with instructions. The product has been rock solid for daily use but started to have a few rare issues with freezing after both IOS 18 and my car updated. The latest firmware provided fixed these issues. Thank you!
