Incorrect sizes stated on the website and long shipping times!
I'll start of with the positive. The clothes looks good in real life as well, but that's about the only positive thing I've got to say about my experience with this website. When I ordered my package the expected delivery time was stated to be about 14 days. In reality it took 1 month before my package arrived. The first two weeks I didn't even get a tracking number. When I contacted the support about not getting any info except that my payment went through they just told me to wait and said they couldn't do anything. When it finally arrived I didn't get a sms with the information to retrieve the package I got a delivery receipt in the mail even if I had given them my phone number. Then it was time to try the clothes on. Before ordering I saw that they had a bad returns policy so I made sure to order clothes in the correct size from the get go by measuring myself and cross referencing with their size guide. But when they arrived the jacked was so small my belly button peaked out and the pants so tight I couldn't even get my hips into them. The hairy fur lining sticking out of the hoods in the reference pictures on the site are also misleading. The fur is only serving as extra protection inside the hood.
