Low quality and poor customer service
I placed an order with four items during Thanksgiving days because they have the 20% promotion. It turned out the their products are very low quality, definitely not worth the prices they listed even with the discount. I returned three items following their return policy but they falsely claimed that they only received one item and refused to return the other two items. This is the 1st time I have encountered a company trick the customer in this way. This is the game they are playing not honor the return for their customers. I am very disappointed with the influencers who promoted for them. Think twice before you placed the order with Beneunder. Do not buy from them if you don’t want to be dispointed or lose your money. This is not a company you can trust. Currently I am still going through the appeal process with the credit card company about the return issue with Beneunder.
