22.01.2025 I recived broken G2 master scooter and I send them proof and they saw it and they accepted that scooter arived fauilty to me, but they dont want to give me refund, they ignored my refund form and said that maybe its better if I chose another scooter, and they dont even want to tell me return adress for broken G2 master that I have. I ordered Kukirin G2 master and after few days it arrived. Everything seemed okay, I unpacked first layer of plastic and opened box and started assembling scooter stearing, then I didnt even took it out of box or anything, I simply tried to turn it on after I finished assembling it. And It made weird electric sound and didnt want to even turn on. I calmly folded scooter back and put all accesories back. I tried contacting support but they are very slow with answering... I hope that they will send me new scooter or give money back, because this is unbelivable. I feel scammed. I typed to support 30 minutes after they sent me "scooter seccesfuly delivered" that scooter isnt working... I guess that says everything... My order number is: KUKIRIN7947
