BEWARE: DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am a historic customer of Fanatics. Not anymore. EVER. BEWARE. Recently,I purchased five garments for $492. I used Fanatics sizing guide on THEIR website to ensure a correct fit. With great anticipation I opened up one item. The body was too snug and the sleeves too short. I immediately called Fanatics. I am six foot tall and weigh 155 pounds. Using THEIR sizing guide, i ordered a ‘medium’ adult. When I called Fanatics, they stonewalled me. No. Sorry. Close out item. I persisted. After, a two hour dialogue, my complaint was ‘given to our back office’ for further evaluation. Reply in 24-72 hours. It will be one week, tomorrow. No reply. Why on earth would anyone buy online from an outfit that doesn’t standby their own sizing chart? No warning that the item runs small, beware. Nothing. Tough, noogies. Never again Fanatics. This not how you run a customer service company.
