Calgary Location: Our experience with the move-in and orientation was wonderful. Anna is a seasoned professional and keeps the facilities extremely welcoming. Her attention for detail and ensuring we got the right information (older folks like me need repetitive instructions) before we left. Our unit was clean and Anna was very considerate to put down some pallets on the floor. Amazing experience thanks to Anna! My only safety concern is the ice buildup along the entrance and the access to the units.
