Not clean
I had a pick up today and it was delivered about an hour ago. I provided my own detergent and softener. My clothes do not even remotely smell clean, look clean and the fabric softener that I sent was brought back to me in the same bottle but something totally different inside. I now have to re wash all my laundry. As a business owner myself I vaguely leave negative reviews. I needed a little extra help and I am so disappointed I did so. The price i paid to have clothes not even look clean or smell clean while PROVIDING MY OWN DETERGENTS is disgusting. I wil be contacting the BBB as well.
