I would rate 0 is I'm able. By far the worse rental car company to exist. They had issues on their side, I have to rebook with my own money and they advise they will refund. Been 2 months no refund. Claims customer service 24/7, need to call for 1 hr then they pick up call. The worse encounter ever. Up till now no refund gotten. Thrash
