Very bad experience with the customer care who answers like robots and their price hike is too much like almost ₹100 hike in just a month and even if we try to enquire they just reply like bot and no real responses it feels like they are scamming us.
Worst customer care service out there. I had to wait for like 2 hours to talk to them but in the end they just ended the chat without even solving the problem or giving me any updates. Its just there for show doing absolutely nothing. And they scam i also got scammed because i bought a redeem code from them and i tried to redeem it but it said it was already redeemed, now they are not even trying to help, just avoiding me. Scammers, people beware of this website scams. I waited for 3 hours in queue for the customer care and they just keep disconnecting me when its my turn, never seen such scammers.
