Ordered 3 small items on Jan 6, no products or refunds 3 weeks later
Ordered 3 small items on Jan 6, 2005. Order number 465238. Never received any shipping confirmation. Contacted customer support by email Jan 17. Quick reply stating it will be looked into. No response. Emailed same customer service person again Jan 20. Was told this will be escalated. No response after. Contacted same person by email Jan 26 asking for product or refund. Emails now being ignored. Requesting products paid for by expedited means or full refund back to payment method. Business does not care about customers. Avoid this business. Update: Company immediately contacted me after posting review and has finally refunded my purchase price for goods never shipped.
