I ordered a L/XL hat and it is so tight…
I ordered a L/XL hat and it is so tight I can't put it on. It's label L/XL but it is no way it can be! I've been trying over an hour to exchange it but you can't talk to a human. I keep getting a virtual assistant and it keeps sending me in a loop to my order history that shows nothing and that's where I'm supposed to do the exchange! This last time it sent me a link to start the exchange, I clicked on it and it was the same order history that was blank. It's like nothing has ever been ordered! They know they are wrong, I feel like they are trying to get rid of mislabeled products, once you pay you are stuck with it and no way to return, exchange or talk to a human!!!!!
